Cross River Bank has partnered with Ripple to integrate the RLUSD stablecoin directly into its core banking infrastructure, according to reports from cryptocurrency outlets including The Block, Cointelegraph, and BlockNews. The partnership expands the bank's digital asset capabilities and brings support for transactions settled on the XRP Ledger.[1][3][5][6][7]

The integration is designed to provide Cross River's fintech clients with stablecoin payment functionality and settlement access through a single API connection. The setup will accommodate round-the-clock settlement, cross-border payments, and treasury transfers alongside legacy payment rails, including ACH and wire transfers.[1][2][3][4]

Crypto Briefing reported that the integration also incorporates the token's Ethereum contract address (0x8292bb45bf1ee4d140127049757c2e0ff06317ed), linking the stablecoin rails into the bank's systems as Ripple continues efforts to expand RLUSD into institutional banking environments.[1][2]
