Trueo announces migration from Base to Ethereum mainnet, drawing praise from Vitalik Buterin

Prediction market protocol Trueo announced plans to migrate from Base to Ethereum mainnet, citing network effects, liquidity, and decentralization. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin publicly praised the transition, describing the project as an ethical and decentralized contender on layer 1.

Prediction market protocol Trueo announced it plans to migrate from Base to Ethereum mainnet, citing Ethereum's network effects, liquidity, integration potential, and decentralization. The project stated that existing markets will remain operational throughout the transition and that TRUE token holders will be allowed to migrate without a deadline.[2][4]

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin welcomed the move, stating that Ethereum layer 1 will gain a strong prediction market contender dedicated to decentralization, ethical design, and not being 'corposlop.' Buterin added that the platform aims to pursue meaningful and interesting applications of prediction markets as an economic primitive.[1][3][4]
