Kinetiq sets November 9 mainnet launch for Hyperliquid Layer-2 network Elysium
Kinetiq has scheduled the mainnet release of Elysium, a custom Layer-2 network designed to scale Hyperliquid with direct smart-contract execution, for November 9.

Kinetiq announced that Elysium, its dedicated Layer-2 execution network designed to scale the Hyperliquid derivatives ecosystem, will officially launch on mainnet on November 9, according to reports from BSCN and DEGEN NEWS.[2][4]
The network offers a smart contract execution layer connected directly to Hyperliquid's high-throughput orderbook. This architecture is designed to enable external protocols to interact with decentralized finance primitives without creating latency in the core orderbook matching engine.[2]
According to Crypto Banter, Elysium is built to support spot trading, PropAMMs, and token launches across the Hyperliquid stack. It will utilize Hyperliquid's native token for gas fees while allocating 50% of sequencer revenue toward open-market buybacks and burns of Kinetiq's native token.[3]
While the mainnet launch is set for November 9, Bankless reported that HyperCore hooks on Elysium are scheduled to roll out a few weeks later.[1]
