Dogecoin Labs launches to unify ecosystem apps and payments
Dogecoin Labs has launched as the official commercial partner of the Dogecoin Foundation, bringing together MyDoge, DogeOS, and Such App under a single organization to expand DOGE into payments and decentralized applications.

Dogecoin Labs launched on Wednesday, October 21, establishing a dedicated commercial software entity endorsed by and partnered with the Dogecoin Foundation. The venture consolidates three core ecosystem tools—the MyDoge wallet, the EVM-compatible application platform DogeOS, and the Such App merchant payments service—under one corporate balance sheet to build an everyday payment and decentralized application economy around DOGE.[2][3][4][5][6][7][9][10]
The company is led by CEO Jordan Jefferson, the founder of MyDoge and DogeOS, alongside co-founder Alex Lewis. Dogecoin Foundation director Tim Stebbing also joins Labs as a director. While the Dogecoin Foundation maintains its open-source stewardship and community role, Labs will operate the combined product suite, which includes MyDoge's reported base of over 500,000 users, DogeOS's Ethereum-compatible smart contract testnet, and Such App's point-of-sale invoicing tools.[1][4][6][8][9][10]
As part of the reorganization, Nasdaq-listed House of Doge announced it is transferring portions of its Dogecoin product, engineering, and commercial operations into Dogecoin Labs in exchange for an undisclosed equity stake. House of Doge's previous exclusive agreement with the Foundation transitions into a long-term license, enabling it to continue collaborating with 21Shares on Dogecoin ETFs and an ETP on the SIX Swiss Exchange.[10]

However, Dogecoin's annual issuance of approximately 5.26 billion tokens and uncertain application adoption remain important considerations. Dogecoin Labs Launches to boost DOGE Ecosystem growth The @Dogecoin Foundation has officially endorsed the creation of Dogecoin Labs. It is an independent corporate software organization led by CEO Jordan Jefferson, intended to consolidate the blockchain's consumer and developer applications under one balance sheet. The corporate reorganization aims to combine the following: - MyDoge non-custodial wallet and its base of more than 500,000 users. - The EVM-compatible DogeOS platform. - The merchant point-of-sale invoicing system via "Such App" to transform the network from sentiment to commerce. The network consolidation follows the September liquidation of Bitwise's institutional $DOGE ETF, which failed to attract consistent capital inflows and revealed a fundamental disconnect between Wall Street allocators and app-based traders.

Jordan Jefferson , who founded MyDoge and DogeOS, is CEO. Tim Stebbing, a Dogecoin Foundation director, is also a director of Labs. Neither release gave a mainnet date. MyDoge, which says it has more than 500,000 users , recently rolled out V3. Such App’s beta handles invoicing and in-person QR payments, with a DogeOS integration planned. Stebbing said Labs gives the community a way to build “products people use, while preserving the principles and open development model at the heart of Dogecoin.” House of Doge Steps Back House of Doge (NASDAQ: HODO), until now the Foundation’s exclusive commercial partner, said it is moving parts of its Dogecoin product, engineering and commercial operations into Labs for an equity stake. Neither company disclosed the stake’s size or a valuation. Its exclusive agreement with the Foundation becomes a long-term license , which lets it keep working with 21Shares on the Dogecoin ETF (TDOG), the 2x Long Dogecoin ETF (TXXD) and a Dogecoin ETP on the SIX Swiss Exchange. House of Doge called the agreements definitive but listed closing conditions among the risks in its forward-looking statements. Its release also names Alex Lewis, a fellow founder of DogeOS and MyDoge, among Labs’ leaders, and says Stebbing is leaving its board for Labs. CEO Marco Margiotta said in the company’s release that the deal helps House of Doge focus on “tokenizing alternative investment products and unlocking value from our strategic investments in sports.” Related Listen: Why Memecoins Are Crushing Real World Assets on Robinhood Chain The post Dogecoin Labs Launches With MyDoge, DogeOS and a Dogecoin Foundation Partnership appeared first on Unchained .
