Issuer objections to OKX-ICE tokenized stock platform reach 50 companies
The list of companies objecting to OKX and ICE tokenizing their shares on the TSV platform has reached 50 out of 62 originally planned, with Nvidia, Nike, Costco, Micron, and Reddit among the latest additions.

The number of companies filing formal objections against having their equity tokenized on OKXICE TSV has reached 50, according to Eleanor Terrett. The platform, a joint venture between cryptocurrency exchange OKX and New York Stock Exchange parent company ICE, initially proposed offering tokenized trading for shares across 62 corporate issuers.[3][1]
The latest wave of objectors includes Nvidia, Micron, Nike, Costco, and Reddit. A Notice of Issuer Objection document reveals that they join dozens of other major corporations that have opted out, including Microsoft, Alphabet, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Walmart, Eli Lilly, McDonald's, and Broadcom.[3][1][2]
Under a temporary conditional exemption granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, issuers have the right to submit a written objection within 30 calendar days of receiving notice. Filing an objection prevents unaffiliated third parties from issuing and trading tokenized versions of an issuer's shares on the venue.[1]
