Open social network Bluesky is expanding its experimental AI platform Attie beyond its initial focus on custom feeds. Reported by TechCrunch at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 on Thursday, October 15, 2026, the update introduces a "social vibe coding" feature that lets users build interactive experiences, including games, quizzes, and websites, which can connect directly with Bluesky's network audience.[1][3][5]

The Verge noted that Attie launched earlier in 2026 as an AI tool to design custom feeds. With the expanded functionality built on the AT Protocol, creators can turn text descriptions into interactive tools like polls, games, and mini-applications to share with online communities and reach users across compatible social apps.[2][4][5]

A screenshot of Attie's interface showcases the platform under the headline "Make something for the open social web" and prompts users to "Describe a small social app and I'll build it with you." Example prompts displayed on the site include generating a poll for followers to pick an art challenge, summarizing posts from mutual contacts, and curating an art feed from friends.[2]
