Trump Media-linked wallets transfer 4,259 Bitcoin to Crypto.com
Wallets associated with Trump Media transferred 4,259 Bitcoin, worth roughly $343 million, to exchange Crypto.com across two transactions, raising questions over potential selling versus custody management ahead of a debt deadline.

Wallets linked to Trump Media transferred 4,259 Bitcoin worth roughly $343 million to cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com, according to on-chain tracking data reported by Lookonchain. The movement occurred in two simultaneous transactions: one sending 2,140 BTC valued at $172.67 million and a second carrying 2,119 BTC valued at $171 million.[6][7][1]
Blockchain tracking platform Arkham Intelligence showed the funds originated from addresses labeled as Trump Media 2028 convertible notes collateral before arriving at Crypto.com. While large transfers to exchanges often trigger speculation of potential sales, the transfers do not confirm that any tokens have been liquidated. CoinDesk reported that this marks the third such batch of transfers from Trump Media-linked wallets this year, noting the company previously maintained that earlier movements were for custody management rather than asset sales.[2][8][7]
The transactions take place against looming financial pressures and volatile corporate fortunes. A November 30 provision gives convertible note holders the ability to demand cash repayment, which could total around $1 billion if exercised in full. Meanwhile, Crypto Briefing reported the transfer came as Trump Media shares touched all-time lows following the U.S. midterm elections.[8][3][10]
