Samsung Wallet adds USDC stablecoin transfers on Solana for US users
Samsung Wallet has introduced native stablecoin accounts allowing eligible U.S. Galaxy users to trade and transfer USDC on Solana across roughly 82 million devices.

Samsung Wallet has launched stablecoin accounts supporting Circle's USDC on the Solana blockchain for eligible U.S. Galaxy smartphone users, according to reports from Decrypt and The Block. The rollout is accessible across approximately 82 million compatible Galaxy devices in the United States.[2][4][5][8][9]
The integration allows users to buy, hold, send, and receive USDC directly within Samsung's native application without requiring separate software or the manual handling of private keys and seed phrases. Screenshots of the feature reveal a dedicated interface for checking balances, topping up funds, and sending USDC across the Solana network.[2][5][8]
According to BSCN and Coin Bureau, the infrastructure behind the accounts is provided by Bastion, with Coinbase handling custody to safeguard the stablecoin deposits. Samsung charges no fees for wallet-to-wallet transfers, and users can send funds to eligible bank accounts in more than 60 countries. Separately, crypto commentator Crypto Rover reported that the feature also supports USDC accounts on the Sui blockchain.[3][6][7][8]
