Stand With Crypto tracker tallies 245 pro-crypto winners across House and Senate

Stand With Crypto's election tracker recorded 226 House winners and 19 Senate winners rated pro-crypto in the 2026 midterms, although the advocacy group's ratings do not guarantee how lawmakers will vote on stalled measures like the CLARITY Act.

Stand With Crypto's live election tracker recorded 245 candidates rated as pro-crypto elected across both chambers of Congress, according to data shared by Frank Chaparro and Bitcoin Magazine. The updated figures show 226 pro-crypto winners in the House of Representatives and 19 in the Senate, representing 68.2% of all midterm winners called at the time of the tally.[1][2]

An earlier unofficial tally reported on Nov. 4 by CryptoSlate initially counted 222 House winners and 19 Senate winners, amounting to 241 seats. The publication reported that the roster of pro-crypto winners included co-sponsors of the CLARITY Act, a legislative initiative that stalled at a Senate hurdle in September following disputes over banking regulations and customer protections.[3][4]

CryptoSlate noted, however, that Stand With Crypto's scoring does not establish how candidates will vote on final passage of the bill. Alongside the pro-crypto victors, the tracker logged 106 anti-crypto House winners and 8 anti-crypto Senate winners. At the time 396 of 435 House races and 33 of 35 Senate races were called, the tracker showed Democrats securing control of both chambers with 249 House seats and 54 Senate seats.[1][3]
