China is targeting 2030 to largely complete the construction of a national blockchain network, according to a new five-year digital development plan issued by the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission.[1][2][5]

The blueprint establishes initiatives to expand digital infrastructure across the domestic economy. As reported by Cointelegraph, the government plan calls for wider deployment of blockchain technology across trade, finance, manufacturing, and agriculture, alongside the development of stronger technical standards.[1][2][4]
