Chainlink powers cross-chain compliance framework for onchain bonds

Chainlink is providing infrastructure alongside Apex Group, T-REX Network, and the ERC-3643 Association to enforce unified Swift compliance standards across multiple blockchains for tokenized bonds.

Asset servicing firm Apex Group, which manages more than $3.5 trillion in assets, has demonstrated an onchain bond setup developed with T-REX Network, the ERC-3643 Association, and Chainlink. As reported by BSCN and crypto.news, financial messaging network Swift has also joined the ERC-3643 Association in connection with the framework, which aligns digital bond transfers with Swift community standards.[1][3]

The framework enables institutions to issue bonds once and distribute them across multiple blockchains while maintaining a single, consistent set of compliance rules on every network. Chainlink supplies the underlying technical plumbing: its Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) transfers the bond tokens between chains, ACE enforces compliance checks, and Data Streams delivers market pricing feeds.[1][3]

Crypto Briefing reported that the framework is designed to streamline compliance for tokenized bonds and potentially accelerate blockchain adoption across finance. The project partners plan to showcase the complete workflow at the Singapore FinTech Festival.[1][2]
