Strive has purchased 2,822 Bitcoin for $235 million, lifting its aggregate reserves to 35,595 BTC, according to announcements and market reports. The company completed the acquisition through Tuesday, funded after generating $369.2 million in gross proceeds from traditional warrant exercises, The Block reported.[1][2][3][4]

The purchase closely follows an earlier acquisition of 3,311 Bitcoin conducted the prior week, according to CoinGape.[3][5]

The transaction pushed Strive past MARA Holdings in corporate Bitcoin treasury rankings, elevating it to the fourth-largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, according to Crypto Briefing.[4][8]
