NYSE expands tokenized stock venue network with four transfer agents
The New York Stock Exchange has expanded the partner network for its planned tokenized stock trading venue to six transfer agents by adding Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti, and Superstate.

The New York Stock Exchange has broadened its upcoming blockchain-based trading platform by signing agreements with four additional transfer agents: Broadridge, Computershare, Equiniti, and Superstate. The additions bring the venue's transfer agent roster to six, joining existing partners Securitize and tZERO to support issuer-sponsored tokenized securities.[1][2][3][5][7]
According to social media posts and reporting by Crypto Briefing, Broadridge, Computershare, and Equiniti collectively represent close to 5,000 publicly listed companies and serve nearly 99% of the S&P 500. The integration is intended to migrate shareholder records and voting mechanisms onchain, with Broadridge tapped specifically to facilitate blockchain-based shareholder voting to improve operational transparency and efficiency.[1][2][3][4][5][6][8]
The planned NYSE platform aims to offer round-the-clock stock trading, instant trade settlement, and stablecoin-based funding. First announced in January, the venue has not yet launched and remains subject to regulatory approval. Reporter Eleanor Terrett noted that the exchange's tokenization platform is separate from an OKX and ICE Markets tokenized stock initiative operating under the SEC's Innovation Exemption, which has encountered pushback from corporate issuers. Terrett also noted that crypto firm Bullish has agreed to acquire Equiniti.[1][3][7][8]
