Hazels NFT mint launches on OpenSea with slashed prices and tiered rounds
Ethereum project Hazels scheduled the mint for its 5,555-piece NFT collection on OpenSea on October 14, introducing prices nearly 80% below its cancelled September launch.

The Hazels NFT collection is launching directly on OpenSea on Ethereum mainnet on October 14, offering a total supply of 5,555 items with a 5% creator fee. The launch features a restructured tiered schedule, beginning with a free Team Round at 2:00 PM UTC with a limit of 555 items per wallet, followed by a guaranteed (GTD) round from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM UTC priced at 0.006 ETH with a 1-item wallet limit, according to project details shared by community commentators and OpenSea mint listings.[1][2][4]
The schedule continues with an allowlisted whitelist round running from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM UTC at 0.0065 ETH for up to two items per wallet, before opening to a public round from 8:00 PM UTC on October 14 to 7:30 PM UTC on October 15 at 0.007 ETH with a 5-item cap. According to observer Farzad, citing an October 7 project article, the new tiers reflect a 78% to 80% discount compared to a cancelled September 30 mint, which was slated for the Hazels website at prices ranging from 0.027 to 0.035 ETH.[1][2][4]
Mint eligibility was established through a Studio application period between October 8 and October 10. Hazels also planned to introduce staking alongside the mint, granting eligible stakers a 1.2x boost in an active 7,500 USDT creator campaign, with full staking details and spot numbers to be released upon launch. Ahead of the mint, community members noted anticipation while cautioning buyers to verify official OpenSea links and watch out for scams.[1][2][3][4]

good morning hazels family ❤️☀️ Hazels NFTs mint on oct 14 through @opensea on ethereum mainnet, according to the oct 7 article from @0xhazels . supply is 5,555. - on oct 14, GTD runs from 3 pm UTC to 6 pm UTC. - whitelist runs from 6 pm UTC to 8 pm UTC. - public runs from 8 pm UTC until half past 7 pm UTC on oct 15. limits per wallet are 1 for GTD, 2 for whitelist and 5 for public. Three things stand out against the cancelled mint. Where it runs. the cancelled mint ran through the Hazels website. This one runs directly through OpenSea. What it costs. the cancelled Sep 30 mint was priced at 0.027 ETH for GTD, 0.030 ETH for whitelist and 0.035 ETH for public. The oct 7 article lists 0.006 ETH, 0.0065 ETH and 0.007 ETH. that is about 78 to 80 percent lower. How eligibility works. there is a new Studio application round, set for oct 8 at 12 pm UTC to oct 10 at 12 pm UTC. Hazels says it will be used to determine eligibility for the mint rounds. eligibility goes live on Oct 11. As of oct 10, the article says staking goes live alongside the mint on Oct 14. Eligible stakers get a 1.2x boost in the ongoing 7,500 USDT creator campaign once staking is live. Still to come as of oct 10 are the number of GTD and whitelist spots and full staking details, which Hazels says it will share when staking goes live. Hazels says to use only mint links published through its official channels.
