DriveWealth integrates Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin for settlement and payments

DriveWealth is adopting Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin on the XRP Ledger to facilitate cross-border payments, settlement, and 24/7 collateral funding, beginning with a rollout in Europe.

DriveWealth has partnered with Ripple to integrate the RLUSD stablecoin on the XRP Ledger, aiming to support stablecoin settlement, cross-border payments, collateral funding, and custody, according to The Block. The deployment is scheduled to begin in Europe.[2][3]

The integration provides near real-time settlement and allows DriveWealth clients to fund collateral accounts 24/7 rather than waiting for traditional banking hours, CoinDesk reported.[4]

According to Whale Insider, the collaboration between Ripple and DriveWealth also encompasses prime brokerage services as part of an effort to modernize how money moves across global markets.[1]
