CrowdStrike has launched an AI kill switch within its Falcon Guardian product to halt rogue internal AI agents and announced an integration with Claude Cowork.

Cybersecurity vendor CrowdStrike launched an artificial intelligence kill switch within its Falcon Guardian platform on Tuesday to stop rogue internal AI agents, CNBC reported. According to the company's chief executive, the tool is designed to stop rogue AI agents in their tracks.[4][5][2][1]

The feature allows enterprise security teams to shut down a company's AI agents, prevent them from restarting, and cut off their network access, while leaving a human to make the final operational call. CrowdStrike also announced an integration between Falcon Guardian and Claude Cowork alongside the release.[3][4][1]
